Study inquiries

The inquiry form sends your name, organization, email, selected interests, timing and nonconfidential message to the MuriPhys site. Requests are stored in the site’s database for review by the authorized MuriPhys team. Successful submission produces a reference number.

Use a nonconfidential summary for the first discussion. Contact info@muriphys.com to ask about an inquiry or request removal of information you submitted. Appropriate handling of confidential project materials is arranged separately.

Your Study Planner draft and documents

The Study Planner keeps an outline in browser memory until you send or download it. Save draft stores the study outline on your device. Continue saved study uses that local draft. Contact fields entered in Review & send are excluded from saved drafts and editable study files. A downloaded PDF includes those contact fields when provided. PDF generation runs in your browser using site-hosted resources. Study content is sent to MuriPhys only when you submit it. To continue on another device, open your downloaded editable study file there. Clear a saved draft through Start over in the planner.

Your capability selection

The study brief stores selected capability identifiers in your browser so you can continue building a summary. A shared brief link contains those capability identifiers. It does not include your contact information or inquiry message. Clear the selection from the brief page when desired.

Security and service operation

The inquiry service uses a short-lived one-way request fingerprint to limit repeated automated submissions. The form does not ask for confidential protocols, payment information or personal health information. Browsing does not require choosing a persona.

Inquiry email alerts

When email delivery is configured, a transactional email service sends the MuriPhys team an alert containing your contact details, inquiry category, timing and reference number. The complete inquiry or study outline remains in the protected website inbox and is not included in the alert. Email alerts are separate from the saved inquiry and may be delayed or unavailable.

Optional website measurement

Public marketing pages can load MuriPhys’ existing Google Tag Manager container after you choose Allow optional cookies. Tags configured in that container can measure website use and support marketing. Declining keeps the container off. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional tags off.

The Study Planner, capability brief, inquiry forms and team inbox do not load the optional measurement container. Saving drafts and submitting an inquiry do not require accepting optional cookies.

External services

Scheduling links open Calendly. The facility film uses YouTube and loads when you choose to play it. LinkedIn links open LinkedIn. Those services apply their own policies.
